For the inhabitants of Cavaion, Mount San Michele is a mountain-symbol and is part of their visual horizon as a traditional image of identity memory.
To promote knowledge of the area, educational programs and guided tours have been organized, and the historic Monte San Michele Trail has been restored. Today, the trail offers visitors a scenic route through nature, history, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking Lake Garda and the surrounding countryside.

City of Olive Oil
Cavaion Veronese is located within the Garda DOP extra-virgin olive oil production area, one of the most prestigious olive oil regions in northern Italy. The Garda DOP area covers the entire Lake Garda basin and is divided into three zones: Bresciano, Trentino, and Eastern.
The offices of the Garda DOP Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Protection Consortium are located in the town center at Via Vittorio Veneto 1. The consortium promotes and safeguards the quality and authenticity of Garda olive oil, a key element of the local food and wine tradition.
